“Preach the word [as an official messenger]; be ready when the time is right and even when it is not [keep your sense of urgency, whether the opportunity seems favorable or unfavorable, whether convenient or inconvenient, whether welcome or unwelcome]; correct [those who err in doctrine or behavior], warn [those who sin], exhort and encourage [those who are growing toward spiritual maturity], with inexhaustible patience and [faithful] teaching.” 2 Timothy 4:2 (AMP)
Hello Wonderful People!
Rejoice! Don’t let the current times bring sadness or disappointment. It’s an opportunity for us to show our God that anything this world throws at the church will not steal our joy or gratitude in this constantly-changing season.
Paul reminds Timothy to be ready to preach “whether convenient or inconvenient, whether welcome or unwelcome.” The Word is speaking to us. Be ready to preach and receive the Word, New Season Church, whether the building is open or closed; whether we like or we don’t like what the authorities send our way.
Be ready, church!
Thank you for your prayers. We are well and we are excited about what God is doing. We have a great attitude about change. It is a wonderful life, because Jesus is with us.
CHURCH SERVICE PLANS:
We will continue to live-stream the 5pm service on YouTube and Facebook. The physical gathering is on hold for now (again!). We will re-evaluate and communicate to everyone what the next step looks like…unless something else changes.
