What are some things we took for granted this year? If we really look inside ourselves and examine our hearts, we can forget that Jesus is the same every day.
Every time we come to Him, we will get the same love, the same kindness, the same compassion, the same smile, and the same gentle touch. He is a consistent part of our lives. But this year, out of the 52 weeks (365 days) did you take Him for granted at least some of the time?
I know we aren’t perfect, but don’t let that be an excuse to stop you from doing a reading plan, taking valuable time in prayer, and meditating on what He is telling you. This year there are so many ways to spend time with Jesus. Let’s continue to add to our faith, so that we can be more like Him.
2020 has been a remarkable year. Although it’s been cloudy and dark at times, God’s light has still shined. People have died and they have struggled, but God is still good. Let us praise our God no matter what… He is our only hope!
