Hello everybody!
Traveling is amazing, adventures are great, and seeing a different country is very special. But it sure is wonderful to be home. There is truly no place like home.
When Jesus gave His last speech to the disciples in Chapter 1 of Acts, I’m positive that He was glad to be heading home. Heaven is a better place and someday we will experience a better place. Thank you, Jesus, for making a way for us to go where you are.
Simon and Marta are a blessing and are busy in the things of the Lord. We had a fun time, enjoyed the great food and Marta’s great hospitality. They have a dog named Blanca that loves fetching the ball nonstop. For real!!! We visited Melanie, her husband, Jose, and their beautiful daughter at their house. We had a good dinner and learned that they help Marta and Simon tremendously in the ministry field. I got to pray for them and bless them. It was an honor to be with them.
All of them are blessing Spain with the gospel, taking it to the streets and influencing families of different neighborhoods. The homeless get fed every Monday from the kitchen of Simon and Marta, putting their hearts into it to make sure all the people of God get a nice meal.
So many things I could say … bottom line, we are investing in the kingdom through a family that loves Jesus and loves people. Thank God for Simon and Marta as they remain in Spain taking care of business which is the great commission to make disciples one person at a time.
