Youth with a Mission (YWAM) Ventura
You may have seen some of the YWAM students helping out at New Season events and outreaches. This ministry is led by our long-time friends, Troy and Reese Jones. Occasionally, Pastor Troy leads worship at New Season along with the talented YWAM students. This connection has been there a long time and we are blessed to support this dynamic ministry right here in Ventura.
YWAM is a group of missional believers whose lives have been radically altered by the presence of the living God and are filled with passion to reach the Nations.
They are a small community committed to excellence in life, worship, discipleship and outreaches. Their training schools operate in residential housing and tend to be smaller in numbers as they are limited in space. However, these smaller groups tend to go deeper, quicker and become more powerful teams, much easier to navigate outreach travel with and potentially more effective in missions influence.
Please pray that they will:
- Touch hearts of the youth and bring growth
- Draw leaders to help guide them
- Bring volunteers to improve their Ventura facility
- Find a facility for future expansion
