When Jesus hung out with His disciples and His church, He was in the moment!
He gave a special moment to every person He came to know and visit. He paused, He heard, He responded, and they were changed.
We, too, have the opportunity to give people a moment of our time. To pause, to acknowledge what they are saying, and take the opportunity to pray for their need. Jesus made this a priority (next to spending time with Father God).
Church, this is it!
Let’s give each other that moment, time, kind words, smile, and finally that phone call. Know that everything we do for each other matters. It does make a difference… and it can change a life. Try it in the Name of Jesus, and hopefully it will become a lifestyle.
Keep praying for our church as we approach a new season: October, November, December. Months of great possibilities!
